At Level One Game Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-score style. If your apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn garments in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure a smooth inspection process.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of starting the request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team verifies the condition of your items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
